This painting is huge and really adds color to the room. I tried to paint the koi in motion.
This is one of my deeper meaning paintings: The Church the woman is walking to is small, limited; meanwhile she is quite literally surrounded by the glory of God which is vast. The earthly objects are rather plain while the glory of God is overwhelming.

Notice the storm which rages outside. Notice how the storm is plain and very much outside. Then notice the woman as she holds her meal and prays while the glory of God fills her home
