Vida Lari

Location: Iran

I was born in 1978 in Tehran, Iran and have been actively pursuing an art career since 1996.
I have learnt from great art masters; P. Eskandarpour, R. Mahdavi and A. Behdani. My career started with design (body, nature, imagination) and continued with miniature. My special field of painting is "Negargary", which is a form of Islamic miniature in imagination art field. In my drawings I frequently use art techniques like Acrylic, Gouache and Watercolor.
Continuing my art practices, I received an excellent degree in miniature from ministry of culture in Iran.
Nagargary contains Subjects like Nature, Flowers, Tazhib and some myth topics such as "Simurgh" that is a myth bird and Iranian mythical stories lives in the mountains.
This field of art also includes some mystic topics like knowing God, Big Bang, guardian Angel and etc. while
Tazhib, refers to the Big Bang and physics (electron & neutron spin around the core).

So far, I have held two solo exhibitions at Bandar-Abbas and Bojnurd cities. Also I have participated at the some group exhibitions in Iran and abroad.
Nowadays, I also spent part of my time in teaching young students whom would like to learn Negargary, Tazhib and flower&birds methods.

I believe art and paint is an universal activity and painters (in each country, languages and religion) can help to bring peace and improve morality.

my artworks

Big Bang “Big Bang”

This painting captures the Big Bang’s primordial moment—where infinite heat and light burst from nothingness, echoing the Fibonacci sequence in its explosive expansion. Like the golden spirals of a nautilus shell or the sacred geometry of Persian muqarnas, the artwork reveals how chaos and order intertwine at quantum and cosmic scales. Electrons whirl around atoms as planets orbit stars, each rotation a verse in the universe’s eternal poem—proving, perhaps, that the same divine proportion shapes both an atom’s heart and a galaxy’s arms."

Fibonachi's series “Fibonachi's series”

Mathematics is the key for solve the world puzzle.
Mathematicians try to find a formula for the world.
Da Vinci and Fibonachi define a very important relative in Math.
Da Vinci design 'Uomo vitruviano' that contain very relative math.
Fibonachi define a series of number that scientis believe can explain all of the world by this series and it's golden ratio.
The golden ratio is like Spiral and I tried to design and combine it with nature.

Time Tunnel “Time Tunnel”

"The painting 'Time Tunnel' gracefully depicts a rhythmic journey through the heart of time. In this work, a whirlwind of colors and lines symbolizes the fleeting moments of a rushing passage, showcasing a mythical figure moving through it. By playing the daf, the figure seems to harmonize with the very melody of time, advancing through this mysterious journey with their music. The painting builds a bridge between tradition and modernity, inviting the viewer on a timeless voyage to the sound of a tune."
