I am an independent artist, photographer, researcher, and author from Uttarakhand, India.
I create contemporary artwork and original photography inspired by nature, landscapes, human emotion, cultural memory, music, and the everyday moments that often go unnoticed.
My artwork explores affection, attraction, love, desire, loneliness, longing, grief, strength, defiance, and personal freedom. I am interested in the emotional side of human experience and in the moments that can be felt even when they are difficult to express in words.
My cultural work explores women, traditional music, musical instruments, temples, heritage, rituals, memory, and the relationship between people and place. I often look at familiar subjects from a different perspective to preserve a sense of atmosphere, character, and personal connection.
My photography focuses on real places and real moments. I photograph mountains, lakes, villages, cities, streets, architecture, temples, flowers, skies, weather, reflections, textures, and landscapes across India and beyond. I look for natural light, unusual viewpoints, strong composition, and small details that give an ordinary scene its own character.
Through my Fine Art America portfolio, I share work for collectors, art lovers, homeowners, interior designers, offices, hospitality spaces, and anyone looking for original contemporary art, Indian cultural art, landscape photography, nature photography, travel photography, architectural photography, and atmospheric wall art.
I am especially interested in sharing an authentic view of India with viewers in the United States, Europe, and around the world. My work connects Indian landscapes, culture, heritage, and everyday life with a contemporary visual approach.
