The series "Blossom - Salute to Andy"
consists of almost 40 works.
Inspired by Andy Warhol's "Flowers", I
have rearranged colors, shapes, blocks,
lines and structures to create works in
different sizes such as 36 grid, 9 grid,8 grid
and 4 grid.
These works have produced a unique
formal language and style of oil painting
through which one can feel different
contexts, ideas, and joy.
The works in the 9-grid offer the viewer
a different pleasure through the
composition and color changes.
This work immediately catches the eye
with its bright colors and abstract
patterns and has a strong visual impact.
The stability of the color blocks and the
the flexibility of the lines creates a strong
contrast that combines movement and
stillness in the painting.
