riginally I am from Oslo, but for many years now I've been living in the small town Kragerø, in the south of Norway. Now I live a bit outside the city centre
I moved some years ago into an old school the school a center for those who wanted to follow their creative dreams - including me:). It's now called Skarbo kultursenter, which is based on voluntary efforts. I had a Gallery, atelier, yoga room etc.
This place has taken a lot of work in recent years to establish. Therefor I have not had the possibilities or time to reach out with my paintings as much as I would like to do. Still there has become some exhibitions in these years. I also sold from online and have some steady buyers.
I have had many exhibitions here in my own commune, and I have also been chosen from the commune in special invitations.
Over the years I have had exhibitions different places in Norway, and outside the border.
I have gone my own way which I think my pictures expresses, and I sense that the theme that often occur in my paintings are more timely now.
The paintings are usually light and hopefully conveys what I love; the joy of nature, animals, hope, possibilities in the symbolic of nature, emotional expressions that I feel are universal. I am often myself surprised what occur on the canvas.
I am a grown up woman but still following my purpose and dream .
