SCULPTURAL SACRED GEOMETRY

As I entered through sculpture the world of Sacred Geometry, I begin to see as never before the wonderfully patterned beauty of Creation. Working and shaping these codes allowed me to gaze directly at the lines on the face of deep wisdom, hoping I could offer through my artworks a glimpse into the inner workings of the Universal Mind and the Universe itself. Sacred Geometry takes on another whole level of significance when grounded in the experience of self-awareness, through sculpture. Sacred Geometry has been a gateway to a new awareness of the world in my life and so I thought I should put together something special for you. Each of these sculptures represent ancient spiritual symbols merged to help bring earth-based mystical significance to present times. They also convey a broader principle than words can explain.

ALL MIXED UP EXHIBITION

COLLAGE AND MIXED MEDIA DEBUT AT THE PLACITAS COMMUNITY LIBRARY IN MAY The Placitas Community Library is pleased to announce an exhibition of original collage and mixed media fine art works. The show opens Sunday, May 1, and hangs through May 29, 2016. The public is invited to attend the free Artists Reception on Friday, May 6, from 5-7 p.m. in the library’s Collin Room. The works are created by the instructor and students of the COLLAGE LIKE PICASSO! Learning Studio. The two-hour class is taught by local acrylic painter and mixed media artist, Elizabeth Bogard. The Sandoval County Community Center classes began in February 2015. The public is invited to attend the free Artists Reception on Friday, May 6, from 5-7 p.m. in the library’s Collin Room.
