Katharine A. Cartwright, NWS has recently embarked on a new series entitled "InstruMental." This watercolor series is inspired by her love of music and the instruments that make it. Her special challenge is to depict the sounds made by the individual instruments through the use of color and design. This is an ongoing series.
"Art Meets Science" is a summer 2016 exhibition that will be held at he MDI Biological Laboratories in Bar Harbor Maine. It will feature two works by Katharine A. Cartwright entitled "Brewster's Law" and "Entropy." The public is welcome to attend a reception for the artists on July 7, 2016.
