Maria is artwork from new series “Memories of Hillwood.” (The Hillwood Museum in Washington, D.C.) The artwork was inspired by orchid flower I saw in the Hillwood’s Greenhouse. I named it after Maria the third daughter of Tsar Nicholas II of Russia and Tsarina Alexandra Fyodorovna.
