HELLMOUTH is the name of the series, the name of the Monster (portal), and the name of the whole area.
The demons have to enrage HELLMOUTH to open its mouth thereby giving the damned a path to the throat.
The demons are genderless, the damned are generic looking, and there are various cameos which are noted on each painting.
The demons are photogenic and often will pose, wave hello, thumbs up, etc.
